Step One

Login to GMS and Navigate to Player Management Dashboard by clicking on the nine square grid icon located in top left of the screen and selecting Player Management tile.

 

Step Two

Assess the email health of your players using the panels on the dashboard for Missing Player Data & Email Health.

 

Step Three​​

Add missing email addresses or select individuals to re-send verification.

ONLY COMPLETE THESE NEXT STEPS IF YOU HAVE A TEAM IN THE BUCS SUPER RUGBY (MEN) AND/OR NATIONAL LEAGUE RUGBY COMPETITIONS (WOMEN).

This will include first teams ONLY from the following universities.

 

• Bath – Men ONLY

• Cardiff – Men & Women

• Cardiff Met – Men & Women

• Durham – Men & Women

• Edinburgh – Women ONLY

• Exeter – Men & Women

• Hartpury – Men & Women

• Leeds Beckett – Men ONLY

• Loughborough – Men & Women

• Nottingham – Men ONLY

• Swansea – Men ONLY
