If you play rugby, check if you have an existing or prior GMS account. If you have played club or school rugby, or have booked onto a training course in the past, you will likely have an account already.

Step One: 

Login to your account if you know the username or email address you used previously. If you cannot access your account submit a help request. Once you gain access, confirm your email address and all other details are correct.

Create an account if you do not have one. Do not use your university email.

Step Two

Verify your email if required.

Step Three

Under the My Organisation panel use the + icon to search and add your university.

Step Four

ONLY COMPLETE THESE NEXT STEPS IF YOU ARE TO PLAY BUCS SUPER RUGBY (MEN) OR NATIONAL LEAGUE RUGBY (WOMEN).

This will include first teams ONLY from the following universities.

• Bath – Men ONLY

• Cardiff – Men & Women

• Cardiff Met – Men & Women

• Durham – Men & Women

• Edinburgh – Women ONLY

• Exeter – Men & Women

• Hartpury – Men & Women

• Leeds Beckett – Men ONLY

• Loughborough – Men & Women

• Nottingham – Men ONLY

• Swansea – Men ONLY
