The Students Rugby Football Union (SRFU) is pleased to announce the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM), a key event for university rugby clubs and institutions across the country.

All Students' RFU member universities and clubs are invited to the online SRFU AGM, Wednesday 17 June at 13.00 -14.00pm

The SRFU exists to serve and advocate for its members, ensuring university clubs have a strong voice in the wider rugby community. The AGM is open to all students and staff involved in university rugby clubs. Members are asked to review the AGM Notice and prepare ahead of the meeting by:

• reviewing the notice and appendix A

• considering the proposed governance amendments

• noting the trustee appointments and reappointments

• submitting any nominations by the stated deadline

• arranging a proxy vote if required
