The Student’s RFU have created a communications campaign to run a profile series shining a spotlight on students from underrepresented communities. We aim to celebrate diversity, experiences and stories that highlight inclusion in rugby. We believe that rugby is greater when everyone can participate.

We are looking for students from underrepresented communities to take part and are especially keen on students from ethnic minority backgrounds, LGBT + community, students with physical or non-physical disabilities and those wearing religious clothing (headscarves, turbans etc).
