Are you passionate about rugby and ready to help shape the future of the university game?
The Students’ Rugby Football Union (SRFU) is looking for a dynamic and committed volunteer to take on the role of University Club Development Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in student sport, working alongside the RFU, BUCS, and a team of like-minded individuals to grow and support university rugby across England.
As University Club Development Lead, you’ll play a key role in:
Leading the delivery of key initiatives like the SRFU Grants Fund, University Rugby Development Day, and University Rugby Awards.
Identifying challenges facing university rugby and helping develop practical, inclusive solutions.
Sharing insights and best practices to help shape national strategy.
