SRFU Spotlight on equality, diversity and inclusion

As part of a process of modernisation and through a review of our governance, the Students' RFU have commissioned Sport Structures to support the organisation in our goal to improve diversity and inclusion within university rugby.
Sport Structures are an established organisation who specialise in sports consultancy, education and training and have worked with a range of clients within the sports sector. They are delivering two independent, virtual focus groups for SRFU aimed at Club committee members and players in order to gain insight into our memberships views and support us on our journey towards greater representation in line with society and inclusive practice.
One focus group is aimed at club committee members and one focus groups is aimed at current players. The details of which can be found below:
Rugby Club Committee Members: Monday 18th October (1pm - 2pm):
