England Students Rugby is seeking a capable and committed medical doctor to join our multidisciplinary performance team for the 2025/26 representative season. This voluntary role offers a unique opportunity to provide medical leadership and support within a national programme for university players.
The successful applicant will work with the England Students Men’s and/or Women’s squads, delivering high quality medical care across training camps and fixtures, and contributing to a positive, player centred performance environment.
This position includes mentoring from a highly experienced high performance sports consultant and team doctor.
Programme Dates
Men’s Programme: Residential camp and match from 26 April to 3 May 2026.
Women’s Programme: Week‑long residential camp in early August 2026 (exact dates TBC). Applicants may express interest in the men’s programme, the women’s programme, or both.
