From the beginning of the 2023/24 season, all student rugby union players should register for a Game Management System (GMS) account and link it with their university.

University rugby players and club administrators won prizes for setting up their university clubs this season by completing this process. Prizes included signed shirts and match balls from the England Men’s and Women’s rugby teams, passes to watch the England Men’s team train, and £500 Gilbert Rugby equipment vouchers.
